Stage 1 Theatre is a non-profit community theatre group located in Newark, California. Stage 1 has been performing works of comedy, drama and musical theatre in the East Bay for more than 15 years. MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of Stage 1 Theatre is to promote, advertise and encourage participation in the theatrical arts, to develop and present performing arts productions for the community, and to promote the cultural growth of the community in the Tri-City area.
